The inspection team successively examined the construction progress of projects at the municipal level, Benxi County, and Huanren County, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the project content and schedule, and conducted research and discussion on relevant issues in project construction, putting forward constructive opinions and suggestions.

Wei Aihua stated that the additional government bond funds must be put to good use, fund management and project construction management must be strengthened, project construction must be accelerated, and the finance and water affairs departments must coordinate seamlessly so that, on the premise of ensuring fund safety, the funds can deliver benefits as soon as possible.
