It is learned that the project is invested and built by Tianjin Xulong Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. The project is divided into two phases. Phase I plans an investment of 400 million yuan to build three steel structure workshops, an office building, and other supporting facilities, and to add two high-end laser CNC production lines, two precision lathes, and two each of major equipment including fully automatic welding robots, section steel production lines, and important plate rolling machines. Phase II plans an investment of 400 million yuan to build new production workshops and related supporting facilities. After the entire project is put into production and becomes effective, it can achieve an annual output value of 1.6 billion yuan and pay taxes of 42 million yuan.
