Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice on the printing and distribution of the formats for the Qualification Application Form and Qualification Certificate of Construction Engineering Quality Testing Institutions.

The notice states that after the transition period between the old and new qualification standards for construction engineering quality testing institutions expires, the original "Notice on the Printing and Distribution of the Format of the Qualification Certificate and the Format of the Qualification Application Form for Construction Engineering Quality Testing Institutions" (Jianzhi Han [2005] No. 346) shall be abolished.
