Recently, the General Office of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Implementation of 2024 Municipal Key Projects," publishing the list of projects. A total of 32 projects in Dadukou District were included, covering fields such as industrial construction, modern service industries, the integration of the digital and real economies, ecological and environmental protection, education, and health.

　　Among these 32 key construction projects, 10 are expected to be completed this year, including the Fluorite Intelligent Manufacturing Base, the third phase of the Hikvision Science and Technology Park, the Qiulong R&D and Production Project, the Zhongyuan Huiji Biotechnology Park, the reconstruction project of the section from Wutaishan Interchange to Shuangshan Tunnel on the Third Longitudinal Expressway, the Jianan Line Connecting Road, the Diaoyuzui Riverside Section of the Yangtze River North Bank Extension Project under the "Two Rivers and Four Banks" Governance and Improvement initiative, the Li Xuerui Sports School, the D9 Plot School, and the newly built school on the H13 Plot.

　　12 ongoing and continued construction projects are being accelerated, including the Qiezixi Yangtze River Music Harbor, the Qianneng Grand Hotel, the first phase of the Huashao Intelligent Computing Center, the reconstruction project of the section from Chongqing Station to Jiangjin Station of the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway, the Taojia Tunnel, the reconstruction project of the section from Shuangshan Tunnel to Jinjiawan Interchange on the Third Longitudinal Expressway, the connecting road from Jiubin Road to Dabin Road, the land consolidation and municipal infrastructure construction project in the Chonggang area, the China Baowu Southwest Industrial Headquarters Project, the Funiuxi Sewage Treatment Project, the Experimental Primary School expansion project, and the Qiezixi Middle School reconstruction and expansion project. In addition, 7 projects newly started this year are being accelerated, including the Zhejiang Chunfeng Motorcycle Project, the Industry-Education Integration Base Project, the second phase of the Chongqing Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Center, the Wuyi Mutual-Aid Urban Village Reconstruction Project, the Minxin Minle Area Urban Village Reconstruction Project, the Zhongliangshan Environmental Comprehensive Governance and Green Industry Integration Development Project—Zhongliangshan Area Road and Supporting Facilities Construction Project, and the Zhongliangshan Environmental Comprehensive Governance and Green Industry Integration Development Project—Zhongliangshan Area Ecological Environment Governance and Industry Upgrading Project.

　　In addition, 3 highly anticipated projects are also in active preparation and will start construction successively this year: the Wandun City Business and Tourism Integration Headquarters Base, the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music, and the District Comprehensive Medical Service Center.

　　"At present, all relevant departments and units are making every effort to promote the early start of planned projects, the early completion of projects under construction, and the early realization of results from completed projects, so as to help smoothly achieve the expected annual economic growth target," said the relevant person in charge of the Dadukou District Development and Reform Commission. Next, they will further implement the "three lists" of municipal key projects, anchor the key nodes of project preliminary work and construction implementation, break them down monthly to ten-day periods, assign responsibilities to individuals, and provide targeted services. At the same time, for newly started projects, they will work backward from the start schedule, verify the pre-approval requirements for commencement, and strive to start construction as soon as possible; for projects under construction, they will advance construction in an orderly manner, promptly identify bottleneck and difficult issues, accelerate coordination and resolution, and strive for the projects to be completed and put into use as early as possible.
