On the morning of May 9, the Xiong'an New Area High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Hebei was officially unveiled, marking the formal operation of the organizational structure of the Management Committee of the Xiong'an New Area High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

　　The Xiong'an High-tech Zone will strive to build a spatial layout of "one core, two wings, and three supports" to better underpin and safeguard industrial development. With Xiong'an High-speed Railway Station as the center, it will take the lead in developing and constructing the core area, leverage the driving advantages of the transportation hub and the policy advantages of the "dual-zone overlay," develop high-end modern services focused on technology services, business services, and comprehensive free trade services, and form the core engine of the high-tech zone's development.

　　With the north and south of the core area as the two wings, five major industrial parks will be laid out: the Aerospace Park, Information Park, Biotechnology Park, New Materials Park, and Future Technology Park. Around seven innovation ecological chains such as satellite internet and BeiDou, it will develop the new-generation information technology industry; focus on biological agents, cell therapy, medical devices, and other directions to develop the modern life sciences and biomanufacturing industries; and focus on additive manufacturing, energy storage materials, and semiconductor materials to develop the new materials industry, creating an international-level industrial park. Guided by relocated entities and leading enterprises, it will vigorously cultivate new quality productive forces and strive to build an important carrier area for non-capital functions integrating station, industry, and city; an international first-class high-tech industrial area; and a green and intelligent innovation-driven development demonstration zone.

　　In addition, the Xiong'an High-tech Zone has also laid out three industrial support functional areas: the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, International Logistics Park, and Higher Education Town, providing an excellent open environment, efficient logistics services, and strong scientific and technological talent support for the high-tech zone's industrial development.

　　At present, the urban infrastructure in the core area of the Xiong'an High-tech Zone is basically complete, residential supporting facilities, commercial buildings, and public service facilities are being delivered one after another, and a number of high-tech enterprises are accelerating their settlement. The package of special support policies introduced by the central government has been fully implemented, providing strong support in areas such as guarantees for relocated personnel, scientific and technological innovation, and talent incentives, enabling enterprises to "come, stay, and develop well," and enabling talent to "set down their bags and achieve their dreams" here.
