根据最新监测的数据显示，9月份全国建筑业施工项目中标个数达13760个，环比上月增长28.77%;从中标总金额来看，施工类中标总额达2335.0亿，环比上月增长60.19%。而获批项目总数达5716个，环比上月下降15.98%，总数量虽然有所下降，但是获批项目总投资金额高达23485.9亿，环比增长18.42%。无论是施工类中标项目总数量、中标总金额还是获批项目的总投资金额的增长，都充分证明进入9月随着气候逐渐温和，全国各地区建筑工程项目开工率激增。
