Equipment support staff Guo Ning also deserves praise. He has made tremendous efforts to ensure the normal operation of machinery, working tirelessly and ready at any time to repair faulty equipment. At the same time, he pays attention to every detail, communicates closely with drivers, understands machine operation conditions, and plans the inventory of vulnerable spare parts in advance to ensure the full utilization of materials. The young Wang Yue, with a compassionate heart, cares about the life of every employee. To let everyone feel the warmth of home, he carefully arranges meals so that employees eat happily and rest comfortably. At the same time, he also focuses on creating a clean living environment; from wearing work uniforms to wearing safety helmets, from dormitory hygiene to folding bedding, everything is kept in good order.

From the placement of instruments and the standard upright placement of leveling rods to the accurate setting of compaction points, standardized construction requirements, and the docking of shift handover procedures, employees strive for excellence in every link to ensure every detail is accurate.
