The annual plan is to start 182 projects, and 94 new projects have been started, accounting for 51.65% of the annual plan; the plan is to complete 46 projects, and 12 projects have been completed, accounting for 26.07% of the annual plan.

It is reported that in 2024, the city has 642 major projects and key projects, with a total investment of 312.532 billion yuan and an annual expected investment of 33.046 billion yuan.

By county and district, the top three in terms of completed investment as a proportion of expected investment are Guanling Autonomous County, Pingba District, and Puding County, at 30.42%, 29.62%, and 28.19%, respectively.

By municipal departments directly under the city, the top three in terms of completed investment as a proportion of expected investment are the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau, the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, and the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, at 46.64%, 43.13%, and 36.67%, respectively.

By "two cities and three bases," the Guizhou Aviation Industry City project completed investment of 714 million yuan; the first-class tourism city project completed investment of 315 million yuan; the new comprehensive energy base project completed investment of 2.804 billion yuan; the pharmaceutical and tourism food base project completed investment of 123 million yuan.

By "four modernizations," the new industrialization project completed investment of 4.302 billion yuan, the new urbanization project completed investment of 2.158 billion yuan, the agricultural modernization project completed investment of 514 million yuan, and the tourism industrialization project completed investment of 315 million yuan.

By field, there are 155 major infrastructure projects, with an annual expected investment of 8.799 billion yuan and completed investment of 2.177 billion yuan, accounting for 24.74% of the annual expected investment, among which: there are 94 "Six Networks Campaign" projects, with an annual expected investment of 8.142 billion yuan and completed investment of 2.049 billion yuan, accounting for 25.16% of the annual expected investment. There are 426 major industrial development projects, with an annual expected investment of 22.237 billion yuan and completed investment of 5.851 billion yuan, accounting for 26.31% of the annual expected investment, among which: there are 33 projects for the twelve agricultural characteristic and advantageous industries, with an annual expected investment of 614 million yuan and completed investment of 197 million yuan, accounting for 32.11% of the annual expected investment; there are 216 projects for the ten major industrial industries, with an annual expected investment of 15.546 billion yuan and completed investment of 3.865 billion yuan, accounting for 24.86% of the annual expected investment; there are 72 projects for the ten major projects of service industry innovation and development, with an annual expected investment of 2.494 billion yuan and completed investment of 635 million yuan, accounting for 25.44% of the annual expected investment. There are 61 major livelihood projects, with an annual expected investment of 2.110 billion yuan and completed investment of 357 million yuan, accounting for 17.78% of the annual expected investment.
