In recent days, Xizhai Town in Min County, Gansu Province, has adopted the posture of "the start is the decisive battle, the first step is the sprint," anchoring its goals and direction, closely tracking results and benefits, boosting morale, applying self-imposed pressure, and vigorously pursuing implementation, promptly pressing the "accelerator key" for the town's project construction.

"In accordance with the town's requirements, we began work on the project construction from early March. As of today, all of the construction contractor's machinery is in place and materials are fully prepared, and the project is advancing on schedule as planned," introduced Li Qinke, person in charge of the supporting facilities project at the centralized resettlement site in Xizhai Village, Xizhai Town.

It is reported that the centralized resettlement site in Xizhai Village, Xizhai Town, covers a total area of 49.5 mu. Phase I plans to resettle 45 households of people displaced by the Fenghe Expressway and households relocated for ecological risk avoidance. The resettlement site is being built on the principle of unified planning and self-building by the residents. At the same time, supporting infrastructure such as a kindergarten, a Party-mass service center, and a cultural square will be built. Solar greenhouses and cold storage facilities are being constructed beside the resettlement site, with complete production and living functions, enabling relocated residents to move in with peace of mind and find convenient employment.

"In conjunction with the construction of the Mawu-to-Xizhai section of the Fenghe Expressway project, and in response to practical problems such as residents lacking satisfactory relocation sites, lacking the energy to relocate, and differences in the architectural style of houses built after relocation, the village 'two committees' took the initiative to shoulder responsibility. On the basis of soliciting opinions and suggestions from displaced residents, they actively secured the centralized resettlement site project to uniformly resettle the 45 displaced households. Now we must continue to do a good job of supervising project construction quality and safeguard everyone's vital interests through practical action," said Yao Jihong, Party branch secretary of Xizhai Village, Xizhai Town, who is currently carrying out quality supervision of the project construction.

In order to enable everyone to "move in and settle down with peace of mind," Xizhai Town, in light of the village's actual conditions, has also planned and implemented supporting projects such as the Party-mass service center, kindergarten, solar greenhouses, and cold storage.

Since the beginning of this year, Xizhai Town has closely centered on the county's main theme of "striving harder to advance and taking the lead," focused on the town's project construction goals, taken the regular implementation of the "Three Grasps and Three Promotions" action as a lever, taken the in-depth implementation of the "Five Comparisons and Five Observations" action as a guide, and taken the construction of the centralized resettlement site project as an "engine," laying a solid "cornerstone" for driving the town's economic and social development and supporting the relocated residents' "dream of a better life."

As of now, the 22 projects planned by the town for 2024 are being accelerated in accordance with construction requirements.
