Recently, it was learned from the Weinan Municipal Development and Reform Commission that in 2024, Weinan City has arranged a total of 418 municipal-level key engineering construction projects, with a total investment of 193.6 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 61 billion yuan.

　　Zhang Hongsheng, Director of the Weinan Project Construction Service Center, introduced that since the beginning of this year, Weinan City has continued to further deepen the high-quality project promotion year activity around 4 major aspects and 17 key tasks, strengthening policy training and project planning in areas such as scientific and technological innovation leading the cultivation of new quality productive forces, expanding new industrialization industry chains and clusters, accelerating the integration of the three industries, speeding up the filling of infrastructure shortcomings, and improving the quality of planned projects; solidifying project reserves and implementation in areas such as striving for central and provincial policy-based projects, advancing investment promotion, promoting the implementation of investment promotion projects, increasing factor guarantee efforts, and improving the efficiency of project approval services; accelerating project construction and scheduling in areas such as tracking and scheduling project construction, clearing bottlenecks and difficulties in project construction, and disbursing fiscal funds; and strengthening project completion and management in areas such as project completion acceptance, industrial projects reaching production and effectiveness, stimulating the vitality of social capital investment, and optimizing the evaluation index system.

　　At present, Weinan City has completed the planning of 146 major projects with an estimated investment of 86.2 billion yuan; 223 reserve projects, of which 121 have started, with a start rate of 54%; municipal-level key projects have completed a cumulative investment of 15 billion yuan, accounting for 24.6% of the annual plan. Next, Weinan City will focus on improving project planning, investment promotion, and service guarantee capabilities, increasing the implementation rate of investment promotion, the completion rate of preliminary procedures, the start rate of reserve projects, the completion rate of planned investment, and the efficiency of completion and production, and strive to achieve the expansion of total project construction volume, structural optimization, sufficient reserves, and optimized services throughout the year.
