The two parties will establish three major mechanisms: unified command and dispatch for emergency rescue and relief, information reporting and emergency communications connectivity, and emergency resource sharing, to ensure the sharing of information and data, personnel, and equipment, and to make targeted preparations for all aspects of emergency rescue and relief work.

In addition, XCMG also received a special letter of thanks from the Hubei Provincial Emergency Management Department, expressing gratitude to XCMG for rapidly organizing road ice-breaking and snow-removal equipment and technical personnel to reinforce the Jingzhou area of Hubei in the face of low-temperature rain, snow, and freezing disasters in early 2024.

In the face of disasters, XCMG did not hesitate. In addition to the Hubei ice and snow disaster, XCMG was also present on the front lines of earthquake-stricken areas in Turkey, Morocco, and Jishishan in Gansu, as well as in flood-affected areas such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In response to national needs, XCMG actively responded and has participated in the national emergency mission exercises for three consecutive years, and is currently preparing for "Emergency Mission 2024."

As an important strategic emerging segment of XCMG's "5+1+1" distinctive modern industrial system, emergency rescue equipment now includes a series of complete sets of emergency rescue equipment, covering the "eight major emergency rescue fields" such as geological disasters, deep-well mines, and forest firefighting. In the future, XCMG will adhere to "protecting life with technology," continue to strengthen the research and development and upgrading of major equipment, lightweight equipment, and unmanned intelligent equipment, and build itself into an important supporting force in the national emergency rescue field.

Relevant leaders from the Hubei Provincial Emergency Command Center, the Rescue Coordination and Contingency Plan Management Bureau, the Emergency Rescue Center, and other departments, as well as relevant XCMG executives, attended the event.
