Recently, a man in his 60s in Yulin, Shaanxi, was accidentally buried and trapped at the bottom of a deep well while working. The Suide Fire Station in Yulin, Shaanxi, immediately rushed to the scene for rescue.
Upon reconnaissance, it was found that the well at the scene was 12 meters deep with a diameter of 0.75 meters, and the space inside the well was narrow. The man was buried and trapped when the well wall collapsed as he entered the well to replace a water pump.
Fire and rescue personnel immediately launched a rescue plan and conducted environmental monitoring of the underground space.
