The Shenshan Grain Reserve Depot project is truly a "granary of a great nation."

The project is located in the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone. Its construction scope includes a grain storage area, auxiliary production facilities area, management and living facilities area, municipal roads, etc., with a reserved processing area for Phase II. It is scheduled to be completed and put into use by the end of 2025, after which it will become one of the largest grain reserve depots by storage capacity in Shenzhen.

The Shenshan Grain Reserve Depot project will effectively enhance the technological level of Shenzhen's modern grain warehousing and logistics, reduce grain circulation costs, improve grain circulation efficiency, better serve the overall situation of national grain macro-control, and safeguard national food security.

At the project construction site, the rock strata are mainly limestone and mudstone, placing high demands on equipment power and rotational speed.

Throughout the entire construction process, XCMG equipment accounted for over 90% of usage. The XCMG rotary drilling rigs, with strong rock-penetration capability and stable construction performance, are unanimously recognized by on-site operators as the "rock-conquering wonder."

With 4,500 support piles constructed, pile diameters of 1–2.2 meters, hole depths of 25–50 meters, and rock-penetration depths of 27 meters...
