It took Liangshan Chengjiao Education Investment Co., Ltd. only 1 day to obtain the construction land planning permit, construction project planning permit, and construction permit for the Jining Automobile Engineering Vocational College (Phase I) project, completing the process 15 days ahead of the original schedule.

It is reported that the Jining Automobile Engineering Vocational College is a project under Shandong Province's "14th Five-Year Plan." The Phase I project, invested in and constructed by Liangshan Chengjiao Education Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shuipo Liangshan Urban Construction Investment Group, is located west of Dongfeng Road and north of Jinxianling Road in Liangshan County, Jining City, Shandong Province, with a total investment of 1.366 billion yuan. Liangshan, located in China's special-purpose vehicle production base, leverages its resource endowments, closely tracks industry demand, and takes targeted measures. It incorporates skilled talent cultivation into the smart economy development and accelerates the innovation, transformation, and upgrading of the special-purpose vehicle industry. The Liangshan County Administrative Approval Service Bureau drew up a matrix approval flowchart. Through departmental coordination, government-enterprise mutual trust, and the matrix flowchart, it broke the conventional approval process, clarified the responsible persons for each procedure, set project approval milestones in reverse, opened a green channel for project approval, adhered to the principle of handling special and urgent matters promptly, and pushed project construction to "accelerate."

"During the project application process, we adopted 'advance guidance plus acceptance with missing materials to be supplemented later,' carried out pre-approval publicity in advance, and assisted the enterprise in supplementing the missing materials.
