The enterprise is an independent ore washing and processing company, mainly washing and processing fluorite ore. While the company was clearing a flood-discharge tunnel, water burst through, washing the workers into a sedimentation tank.

After the accident occurred, relevant departments rushed to the scene to carry out rescue and handling work. Currently, the injured are being treated in the hospital and are not in life-threatening danger. The investigation into the cause of the accident and the follow-up work are ongoing.
