　　After the Spring Festival, at the construction site of the Xi'an-Dazhou-Chongqing High-Speed Railway within Dazhou City, tower cranes stand in clusters and machinery roars, and excavation of the Qixingping Tunnel is in full swing.
　　It is understood that the Xi'an-Dazhou-Chongqing High-Speed Railway lies within Sichuan Province, Chongqing Municipality, and Shaanxi Province. It is a construction project in the national "13th Five-Year Plan" railway plan and an important component of the Beijing-Kunming corridor, one of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" corridors of the national high-speed rail network. It has a total length of 739 kilometers and a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour. Once completed, it will greatly improve the passenger and freight transport service level of the areas along the line.
　　"The Dazhou section of the Xi'an-Dazhou-Chongqing High-Speed Railway spans Xuanhan, Dachuan, Tongchuan, Gaoxin, Dazhu, and Quxian. 　　While the high-speed rail project is going full steam ahead "through mountains and across rivers," the D contract section (D2 bid section) of the Tongjiang-Guang'an section (Tongjiang-Guang'an) of the nearby Zhenguang Expressway has also fully resumed work and production, refreshing the "progress bar" of the expressway project.
　　It is reported that since the route of the Zhenguang Expressway project was determined, the Guang'an tax authorities have invited management and financial personnel of the relevant project construction enterprises to join a "butler service group." In addition to regularly pushing interpretations of hot policies to enterprises, they also help financial personnel handle tax-related business through online coaching.
　　"Our project department is located in Group 2, Juping Village, Baima Township, Guang'an District, nearly 2 hours by car from the urban area, so all tax-related business along the line is communicated through this online 'window,' saving both time and effort." Wang Bo, head of the project department of the D contract section (D2 bid section) of the Tongjiang-Guang'an section of the Zhenguang Expressway, introduced, "In order to seize progress, the 23 work faces of this contract section are going all out to sprint, striving to complete 70% of the excavation and filling targets by August. At present, the whole line is more than 10% ahead of schedule."

　　Tax authorities and enterprises "meet halfway" to cultivate a "hotbed" for the digital-intelligent industry
　　Sichuan is among the first batch of national digital economy innovation and development pilot zones in the country. It has now established dedicated big data management agencies in 10 cities and prefectures, including Chengdu, Mianyang, and Ya'an, accelerating the layout of the big data industry. It is against this background that the Ya'an Big Data Center project was implemented in the China·Ya'an Big Data Industrial Park. The project covers multiple fields such as data trading and applications, as well as intelligent manufacturing and talent training, and aims to cultivate and strengthen the digital economy industrial chain.

Since the project started in 2023, the tax authorities have provided policy guidance many times on the tax preferences involved in each stage of the project, enabling us to fully enjoy what we are entitled to. 　　Similarly, Jianyang City, one of the three starting zones of the Tianfu Data Center Cluster of the Chengdu-Chongqing national hub node (Sichuan) of the national integrated computing power network, is also relying on digital-intelligent industry project construction to build solid support for the Chengdu-Chongqing computing power hub under the "Eastern Data, Western Computing" initiative.
　　"The Li'ang Cloud Data Jianyang No. 1 Base project is located in the Chengdu Aerospace Industry Functional Zone. At present, Phase I has been fully topped out, and exterior facade decoration work is underway. Under the escort of the 'Hundred Boats Plan,' the construction of Phase II and Phase III projects is also accelerating." 　　Deepening "integrated" reform to jointly promote the implementation of "dual-circle" projects
　　In recent years, the tax authorities of Sichuan and Chongqing have continuously deepened the "integrated" reform of tax and fee collection and management services in the two places, promoting the implementation of "dual-circle" projects by helping build "dual-circle" industrial clusters.
　　"A series of preferential policies represented by the reform and innovation measures of 'preferential tax and fee policies and simplified tax procedures' are the key factors for the new area's 'building nests to attract phoenixes' and accelerating industrial integration between Sichuan and Chongqing." According to Li Jia, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Area, since the Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Area industry-city integration development demonstration project started construction in 2021, 54 major projects have been successfully signed, with agreed investment of 36.1 billion yuan.
　　The Shuangchang Chengdu-Chongqing Modern Efficient Characteristic Agriculture Belt Cooperation Park, as a major project of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle, is one of the three cross-provincial agricultural cooperation parks planned and built in the adjacent areas of Sichuan and Chongqing. The project has a planned area of 196,000 mu. Based on the industrial characteristics of Neijiang and Rongchang, the park jointly builds rice-fishery and pig industries while also promoting the integrated development of oil tea and agriculture-culture-tourism.
　　To better serve the construction of the cooperation park, the tax authorities of Neijiang and Rongchang jointly issued the "Work Plan for the Integration of Tax and Fee Collection and Management Services in Tax Services for the Neijiang-Rongchang Modern Agricultural High-Tech Industry Demonstration Zone," and built an integrated collection and management service "digital-intelligent center" to precisely match the needs of agricultural enterprises in the two places and put forward reasonable suggestions for the development of leading industries such as rice-fishery and pigs.

Recently, the Maokou Formation gas reservoir capacity development project in Block Heshen 4 of Daqing Oilfield, with a total investment of 11 billion yuan, was implemented in Wusheng.
