According to the website of the National Meteorological Center, the National Meteorological Center** forecast shows that over the next three days (the 24th to 26th), heavy rainfall will once again occur in Jiangnan, South China, and central and eastern Guizhou, among other places. Parts of Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guizhou, and other regions will see heavy to torrential rain, accompanied by severe convective weather such as thunderstorms, gales, and hail; the center of the heavy rainfall will be located in the area from northeastern Guangxi to central Guangdong, where localized cumulative rainfall may reach 250–300 mm.
Among these, from daytime to nighttime today, parts of central and eastern Guizhou, northeastern Guangxi, and central and western Guangdong will see heavy to torrential rain, with localized extremely heavy rain; some of the above areas will be accompanied by short-duration heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 30–50 mm, with localized amounts exceeding 60 mm), localized thunderstorm gales, hail, and other severe convective weather; tomorrow (the 25th) will be the strongest period of this round of heavy rainfall, with parts of northeastern Guangxi, central and northern Guangdong, and other areas seeing torrential rain or extremely heavy rain (100–180 mm); starting the day after tomorrow (the 26th), the scope of the heavy rainfall will contract.
Meteorological experts remind that since April, South China, Jiangnan, and other regions have already experienced multiple rounds of heavy rainfall, with cumulative rainfall significantly above the same period in normal years; affected by sustained torrential rain, soils in Guangdong, eastern Guangxi, and other areas have high moisture content, and the risk of flash floods, geological disasters, and other hazards is high, so disaster prevention efforts must continue. The public is advised to promptly follow the forecasts and warning information issued by local meteorological departments, avoid traveling to mountainous areas and areas prone to geological disasters, and remain alert to the adverse effects of localized severe convective weather such as thunderstorm gales and hail on travel, transportation, and agricultural production.

Over the past day, parts of northern China experienced windy and dusty weather, with relatively strong winds in central Inner Mongolia and localized gusts reaching force 9–10; parts of eastern Xinjiang and the southern Xinjiang Basin, central and eastern Gansu, southern Ningxia, central Shaanxi, and central and southern Henan experienced blowing sand or floating dust weather. It is expected that over the next three days, temperatures in most of northern China will rise significantly, and in particular daytime maximum temperatures in southern North China, Huanghuai, and other areas will exceed 28°C, with major cities such as Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, and Zhengzhou expected to approach 30°C.
