The Qingshui County Xuanyuan Avenue Underpass at Jingsi Road construction project has a total route length of 887.45 meters, with a total investment of 35.0012 million yuan. Construction began on February 1. The project is primarily an intersection project between Xuanyuan Avenue and Jingsi Road in the Hongbao Industrial Park of Qingshui County, adopting a partial cloverleaf interchange form, and is accompanied by newly built ancillary works including water supply and drainage, lighting, communications, power, heating, and traffic safety facilities.

"The Qingshui County Xuanyuan Avenue Underpass at Jingsi Road project consists of four parts: the westward extension of Xuanyuan Avenue, ramps A and B, and the extension of Jingsi Road. The main works of the underpass frame bridge, rainwater pipe network, sewage pipe network, and roadbed engineering have now been completed. Once completed, the project will alleviate traffic congestion at the western exit of Qingshui County town, enhance the town's urban quality, lay a solid foundation for the development and construction of the Hongbao Ecological Industrial Park, and play a positive role in improving the investment environment, promoting investment attraction, guiding industrial agglomeration, and accelerating high-quality economic development.

At the Chinese medicinal herb cultivation base in Zhanglü Village, Qinting Town, villagers are busy planting distinctive Chinese medicinal herbs such as Salvia miltiorrhiza, sowing, fertilizing, and covering the soil, creating a bustling scene.

"We plan to plant 5,000 mu of Chinese medicinal herbs across three townships, with 2,500 mu in Qinting Town; 1,500 mu have been planted so far. Planting will proceed simultaneously in Caochuan Town and Jiachuan Township, while also encouraging local farmers to plant alongside.
