On April 16, the Huairen Ceramic Science and Technology Art Innovation Center held a grand groundbreaking ceremony at the construction site. This project is not only a concrete action by the Huairen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to promote the ceramic industry in forming clusters and chains, gathering momentum, and striving to build a model benchmark for ceramic specialized towns, but also a powerful move to support high-quality economic and social development with the "acceleration" of project construction. It is moreover a vivid practice of vigorously cultivating new quality productive forces and accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system, playing an important leading, driving, and demonstrative role in rapidly setting off a boom in project construction in Huairen.

It is reported that the Huairen Ceramic Science and Technology Art Innovation Center project has a planned land area of 36,073 square meters, a total construction area of 39,830 square meters, and a total investment of 293.1 million yuan. The project renderings show a novel design with a distinct theme, using fashionable and concise contemporary architectural language to display ceramic culture with unique Huairen characteristics. The construction of this project can drive the economic development of the project area, enrich people's cultural life, enhance the cultural taste of citizens, and thereby raise the cultural taste of the entire city.

According to Cao Naiping, project manager of the Huairen Ceramic Science and Technology Art Innovation Center, this project is part of the construction of the Huairen Ceramic Specialized Town, one of the top ten specialized town construction projects in Shanxi Province, and is also a window project for the external display and marketing of local ceramic science and technology art products of the Huairen Ceramic Specialized Town.

"At present, the 'three connections and one leveling' work at the construction site has been fully completed, and the conditions for official commencement are in place," Cao Naiping told reporters. "To accelerate the construction speed, we have comprehensively formulated a series of scientific and reasonable construction plans to ensure project quality and safe production."

The Huairen Ceramic Science and Technology Art Innovation Center is an important geographical landmark for the high-quality and transformational development of the ceramic industry in Huairen, and also the clarion call for Huairen to accelerate the construction of the "Four News" goals. It is understood that in 2024, Huairen plans to implement 317 projects with a total investment of 30.823 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 17.291 billion yuan. Among them, there are 256 new projects with a total investment of 21.503 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 12.981 billion yuan; and 61 continued projects with a total investment of 9.32 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 4.31 billion yuan. In the first quarter, 141 projects started or resumed construction, with a total investment of 17.32 billion yuan and a start/resumption rate of 44.4%.
