In Dao County, 7 projects including the annual 60,000-ton lithium carbonate project of Hunan Zijin Lithium Polymetallic New Materials Co., Ltd. started construction, with a total investment of 6.323 billion yuan, and 6 projects including the insulating nanomaterial production project of Dongguan Hexing New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. were signed, with a total investment of 610 million yuan. The projects cover multiple fields such as manufacturing, new materials, and cultural tourism, and will surely inject new momentum into the high-quality development of Dao County.

　　Dao County firmly establishes the concept of "projects as the king," and with the striving posture of "the start is the decisive battle, the beginning requires a sprint," plans early and advances early, vigorously promotes project construction, strengthens factor guarantees, enhances scheduling and promotion, continuously expands effective investment, and makes every effort to achieve a "good start" in the first quarter. In 2023, Dao County ranked first among counties of the same category in the city's performance evaluation of key project construction. Throughout the county, 25 industrial projects with investment of more than 50 million yuan were signed, 23 started construction, and 15 were completed; 5.2 billion yuan of various funds were actively sought from higher levels, including 1.85 billion yuan of special bond funds; 41 projects were introduced, with contracted funds of 8.68 billion yuan; the annual 300,000-ton mining and beneficiation project of Zijin Lithium Industry was completed and put into production, and 3 new energy projects including the second phase of the Hongtangying Wind Farm were connected to the grid for power generation.
