Recently, it was learned from the Regional Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau that the Region has recently issued the "Implementation Plan for Carrying Out the Pilot Reform of Full Life-Cycle Digital Management of Engineering Construction Projects in the Aksu Region" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), to further strengthen data sharing and business collaboration among relevant information systems in the engineering construction field, advance full life-cycle digital management of engineering construction projects, actively create a first-class business environment, and boost the high-quality economic and social development of the Region.

　　As one of the 27 national pilot reform sites for full life-cycle digital management of engineering construction projects, the Region, in light of current work requirements, has specified the responsible departments and completion deadlines for each pilot task, and has put in place supporting safeguard measures such as work advancement, collaborative coordination, and publicity and guidance, to ensure that all reform work is carried out effectively.

　　The "Implementation Plan" proposes 10 measures that actively respond to the difficult and obstructive issues of concern to market entities, such as early-stage project planning and generation, full-process digital application and approval for construction, and urban construction archive acceptance and filing, advance the standardization of application forms and materials for engineering construction project approval matters, and strive to promote the standardization, uniformity, and facilitation of approval services.

　　The "Implementation Plan" focuses on the electronic archiving of urban construction archives for engineering projects, promotes the interconnection and collaborative application of the engineering construction project approval management system with related systems such as the Development and Reform Investment Online Platform, the Engineering Construction Cloud, and the Fire Protection Cloud, and no longer requires enterprises to repeatedly fill in information and materials already obtained in prior stages, thereby achieving automatic collection of project engineering archive materials by the engineering construction project approval management system and helping enterprises reduce operating costs.

　　At the same time, with a view to improving the convenience of online real estate registration, it further promotes data sharing and system integration, optimizes the service functions of the engineering approval system, achieves connection between the engineering construction project approval management system and the real estate registration system, and helps projects complete real estate registration procedures in a shorter time.
