Recently, at the Phase I construction site of the Shanghai Taijing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project located in Acheng District, Harbin, it was observed that all external construction has been completed, and interior decoration and improvement of the park roads are underway. Phase II of the project is currently undergoing the land listing procedure. It is understood that the Shanghai Taijing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project focuses on the digital economy, innovative technologies, artificial intelligence, and other fields, aiming to build a professional artificial intelligence science and technology park in Heilongjiang Province. It has already attracted strategic emerging industry and high-end manufacturing enterprises to settle in, including Shanghai Xiding AI-empowered education production R&D, Anhui Zuobiao Intelligent Technology Education Equipment Production, and Shaoxing Lingyang Industrial Robot Complete Machine Manufacturing.

　　Project construction is surging with the spring tide, and it is the right time to gallop forward with vigor. This year, Acheng District plans to implement 36 provincial and municipal key projects, with an annual planned investment of 3.54 billion yuan. As of April 8, Acheng District has started or resumed construction on 20 provincial and municipal key projects, including 11 new projects.

　　In Acheng District, the construction of the steel trade transaction area and standardized workshops of the Harbin Gutie Market Steel Industrial Park is progressing in an orderly manner. It is understood that the Gutie Market Steel Industrial Park project covers an area of 1.079 million square meters, with a total construction area of 452,000 square meters, a planned investment of 3.5 billion yuan, and an expected annual sales revenue of 40 billion yuan. The construction content includes a comprehensive commercial service area, a steel trading area, dedicated steel highway and railway lines, a storage area, and others, involving steel production, sales, and multiple other fields. Upon completion, the project will become the largest comprehensive steel park in the province, with a storage capacity exceeding 2 million tons and nearly a thousand varieties of sections, plates, and special materials.

　　At the Shenzhou Chuangrong LED Product Production Base, it can be seen that the main steel structure framework has been completed, interior decoration is currently underway, and production equipment is arriving one after another for installation and commissioning. Ma Wenzhi, Chairman of Harbin Shenzhou Chuangrong Co., Ltd., introduced that the company's self-developed D-LED energy-saving lighting lamps have now completed mass production and large-scale market application of the ninth-generation D-LED lighting system. Combined with self-developed wireless ad hoc network intelligent control technology, they can achieve a further deep energy saving of more than 70% on the basis of general LED lighting systems. Equipment commissioning is expected to be completed and mass production achieved before the end of September.

　　According to Sun Zhao, Secretary of the Acheng District Party Committee, this year Acheng District plans to implement 36 provincial and municipal key projects, with a total investment of 13.1 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 3.54 billion yuan. Among them, there are 25 industrial projects with a total investment of 11.07 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 2.92 billion yuan; 8 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 880 million yuan and an annual planned investment of 500 million yuan; and 3 livelihood projects with a total investment of 1.15 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 120 million yuan. Up to now, 20 projects in the district have started or resumed construction, including 11 new projects with an annual planned investment of 1.35 billion yuan, and 9 continued projects with an annual planned investment of 1.07 billion yuan.
