"We are currently carrying out outdoor landscaping, piping, curtain walls, and interior decoration construction," introduced Fu Xinglong, the project manager. To fully promote the rapid construction and early operation of the project, the project department has carefully organized and scientifically scheduled work, efficiently and steadily advancing the project construction, which is expected to be completed before the end of September.

It is understood that the Hubin District Medical and Health Center project, as a key livelihood project in the eastern area, has a total investment of approximately 1.11 billion yuan, a building area of about 160,000 square meters, and a total of 14 buildings. At present, the main structure of 11 buildings has been completed, and the remaining 3 buildings are planned to be topped out before the end of the year. All works of the project will be completed before the end of this year, making preparations for going into operation.

At the construction site of the resettlement community project in the eastern area, transport vehicles shuttle back and forth, and workers are successively carrying out outdoor masonry, exterior wall plastering, insulation board laying, and other construction. According to Li Peng, the project manager, the project is planned to cover an area of about 200,000 square meters, divided into 4 plots, with a total investment of about 4.2 billion yuan. At present, the project is advancing at a faster pace under the premise of ensuring quality and safety, so as to ensure completion and delivery on schedule.

It is reported that the eastern area is planned to build 9 key livelihood projects, including the Hubin District Medical and Health Complex, the Hubin District Education Park, the eastern area resettlement community, Nanshan Avenue, and Zhaogong Road. Five projects have now started construction, with an investment of 2.5 billion yuan completed, involving key livelihood fields such as education, medical care, elderly care, and road traffic, with a planned total investment of about 10 billion yuan. At present, the Nanshan greening has fully entered the maintenance stage, the Nanshan Avenue project has been fully opened to traffic, the Medical and Health Center project is progressing rapidly, and the construction of the eastern area resettlement community is advancing steadily... As construction accelerates, major projects are turning from "blueprints" into "real scenes."

In recent years, Hubin District has firmly established the clear orientation of "projects as the king," anchored to the "123" goal and approach, and gone all out to accelerate the construction of the eastern area, the Yellow River waterfront area, and the Chengbei area.
