On April 6, 2024, a case of assault on a minor occurred in Xiaoyi City. The public security organ promptly filed and investigated the case. The situation is hereby reported as follows:

　　At zero hour on April 6, the Xiaoyi Public Security Bureau received a report that people were fighting on Fuqian No. 1 Commercial Street. Upon receiving the report, officers from the Xinyi Police Station arrived at the scene immediately. After learning from the victim Wu (female, 15 years old), the assailants had already left. The officers then notified Wu's guardian to come to the scene and immediately launched an investigation. All 11 persons involved in the case were brought in that same day. At present, the three main suspects Fan, Ren, and Feng have been criminally detained in accordance with the law; Li and six others have been administratively detained in accordance with the law (not executed because they are over 14 but under 16 years of age); Tian is not subject to punishment because he is under 14 years of age, and his parents have been ordered to strictly discipline him.

　　Investigation found that on April 5, 2024, Fan (female, 16 years old), Ren (female, 16 years old), and others, due to conflicts with the victim, met Wu that evening and lured her into an alley on Fuqian No. 1, where they beat her, pulled at her clothes, and filmed a video. The case is currently being handled in accordance with the law. The victim Wu is in stable physical condition after diagnosis and treatment, and relevant departments are providing psychological counseling.
