The railway authorities have opened additional ticket change and refund windows, promptly updated delayed train information in waiting rooms, used temporary train signs to guide passengers, added staff at key positions such as service desks and ticket gates, provided emergency meal services for passengers on delayed trains, and actively carried out work related to passenger travel. We ask for your understanding for the inconvenience caused to passengers' travel! Passengers are also reminded to pay attention to changes in train schedules at all times; for details, please refer to station and train announcements or call the 12306 railway customer service center.

Passengers are also reminded that after receiving an SMS notice of train cancellation or finding train cancellation information on 12306, they may complete full refund procedures within 30 days (including the day of travel) from the travel date shown on the ticket at manual windows of major railway stations nationwide or on the 12306 website (12306 mobile app). No refund fee will be charged for refunds caused by train cancellation.

For tickets purchased with cash or for which reimbursement receipts have already been printed using the ID document used for purchasing tickets on the 12306 website, passengers may first process the refund through the 12306 website. Within 180 days from the date the online refund is successfully processed, they may complete the refund procedures at designated station windows with the passenger's valid ID document.

Passengers are requested not to concentrate in a short period at station windows at major railway stations to process refunds or wait for trains, so as to avoid large gatherings of people at railway stations.
