Award-winning Project: Pile Foundation Project of Jin'ao Temple Depot of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 18
Award-winning Unit: Chongqing Lixuan Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd.
Award Details: On December 9, 2022, Chongqing Lixuan Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the rotary drilling pile foundation project of the depot of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 18 contracted by China Railway 22nd Bureau Group Co., Ltd. The number of piles reached more than 6,000, with a total volume of 160,000 cubic meters. Chongqing Lixuan Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. arranged more than 30 pieces of equipment including rotary drilling rigs, crawler cranes, and excavators, as well as more than 100 management and construction personnel for construction. In November 2023, with the service tenet of integrity, pragmatism, and efficiency, the project was completed safely and smoothly.‍

Award Details: The low-headroom SR320 developed and improved by Changzhou Hongye Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. has a working height of 7 meters and a drilling depth of up to 26 meters, and is suitable for use under special height-restricted working conditions such as along railway lines, in factory buildings, and under high-voltage lines. In 2023, six 7-meter low-headroom SR320 rigs were improved, and they are currently under construction in Guangzhou, Changsha, Taiyuan, Kunming, Chongqing, and Wuhan. This product has obtained 3 *** invention patents and multiple utility model patents, and has been recognized as a *** high-tech product;‍

Award-winning Project: Steel Pipe Column Project of Jiangxinzhou Intermediate Ventilation Shaft of Phase II Project of Nanjing Metro Line 4
Award-winning Unit: Jiangsu Tongzhou Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd.
Award Details: Jiangsu Tongzhou Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the steel pipe column project of the Jiangxinzhou intermediate ventilation shaft of the Phase II Project of Nanjing Metro Line 4 on May 5, 2022. The project includes 26 steel pipe columns and 12 stiffened columns, with strict installation requirements, including the use of underwater C40 concrete for the cast-in-place pile foundation and C50 micro-expansive concrete inside the steel pipe columns. The company used multiple pieces of equipment such as full rotary drilling rigs and rotary drilling rigs, as well as more than 100 personnel for construction. On September 20, 2023, the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule and was praised by the general contracting company.

Award Details: In the Mianxi Expressway Xichuan to Henan-Hubei Provincial Boundary Section project, Beijing Yahe Tongshun Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. demonstrated outstanding strength. The project is located in the challenging Little Three Gorges Bridge area, where complex geological conditions brought great difficulties to construction. The company successfully overcame the challenges, ensuring project quality while significantly improving engineering efficiency. In particular, the high efficiency and stability of the down-the-hole hammer equipment provided strong support for the project, maintaining efficient operation even under severe conditions, fully demonstrating its unique advantages in handling complex geological situations. This shows that the company can not only overcome difficulties but also provide strong guarantees for the smooth progress of the project with high efficiency and outstanding performance.

Award-winning Product: KR50 Modular Rotary Drilling Rig
Award-winning Unit: Jiangsu Taixin Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. 
Award Details: The Taixin Machinery KR50 modular rotary drilling rig is used on specially made vessels, mainly for pile foundation construction at specific locations along river channels and for strengthening river embankments. The whole machine weighs 25 tons, has a construction height of 10 meters, a drilling diameter range of 0.4-1.2 meters, and a depth of 24 meters. The equipment has been modified with a hydraulic system, making operation and maintenance simpler. For underwater construction, full casing is used down to the hard soil layer on site, and the average hole-forming time is about 2 hours, ensuring efficient construction. This highly reliable equipment effectively improves construction efficiency, shortens the construction period, brings huge economic benefits to customers, and has won high recognition.‍

Award-winning Product: SWDM1280 Rotary Drilling Rig
Award-winning Unit: Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
Award Details: The SWDM1280 large-tonnage rotary drilling rig independently developed by Sunward has a whole-machine mast erection height of 40 meters, a working width of 8.8 meters, a maximum drilling diameter of up to 7 meters, a drilling depth of more than 170 meters, and a maximum output torque of up to 1280 kN.m. Its leading performance parameters fill the domestic technical gap, and it won the TOP50 Technological Innovation Gold Award and was repeatedly covered by CCTV. In January 2022, the equipment rolled off the production line in Hunan, adopting the world's first five-key matched reinforced large-diameter drill pipe and a fully electro-hydraulic control system, enabling unmanned operation. In August 2023, this rotary drilling rig set a world record of 6.3 meters in diameter at the Xihoumen Road-Rail Dual-Purpose Bridge of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway. On December 29, 2023, it successfully completed the pile foundation construction task of the Xihoumen Road-Rail Dual-Purpose Bridge.‍

Award-winning Unit: Shanghai Zoomlion Piling Machinery Co., Ltd.
