On March 31, the Xinjiang Public Employment Service Campus Program was launched at the gymnasium of Xinjiang University (Honghu Campus), with other prefectures (cities) carrying out the event simultaneously.

　　With the theme "Careers in Xinjiang, Youth Sets Sail," the event aims to provide multi-tiered, all-round and precisely targeted public employment services for college graduates. On the day of the event, 123 enterprises, including a state-owned bank and a Xinjiang express delivery company, participated, offering more than 3,320 jobs covering majors in economics, science, engineering and other fields, and attracting 4,000 graduates to seek employment on site.

　　To promote full employment of graduates, the site featured a recruitment service area, a policy publicity area, a career guidance area, a resume diagnosis area, an entrepreneurship service area and a livestreamed job-referral area, providing graduates with professional consulting services and organizing specialists to offer policy publicity, career guidance, resource matching, online Q&A and other services. The event also carried out online recruitment and livestreamed job referrals simultaneously, building a cloud bridge between online job seekers and recruiting enterprises so that job seekers can participate in on-site recruitment without leaving home. According to statistics, 2,890 people participated in the online job fair, 3,985 resumes were submitted online and offline, and 879 person-times reached preliminary employment intentions.

　　Next, public employment service agencies at all levels in Xinjiang will firmly seize the critical window before graduates leave school and implement six measures: bringing recruitment services, policy publicity, employment guidance, entrepreneurship services, vocational training and assistance for those in difficulty onto campuses, so as to extend public employment services to campuses; accelerate the construction of employment service stations in Xinjiang's institutions of higher education and vocational schools (technical colleges), build a platform for government-school-enterprise exchanges and cooperation, strengthen digital empowerment, achieve precise matching between people and posts and precise docking between schools and enterprises, continuously improve the graduate employment service system, and promote high-quality and full employment of college graduates.
