On March 20, with the completion of the final concrete pour for the top floor of Building 7, the main structure of the Beiliugezhuang Village Resettlement Area Project (Phase III, Bid Section 5 of the Baoding Urban Renewal Project)—a major livelihood project in Baoding undertaken by the Fourth Company of China Railway 11th Bureau Group—was fully topped out, and the project has entered the stage of decoration, renovation, and supporting facilities construction.

　　The project has a tentative total construction area of 339,200 square meters and mainly comprises two plots, Beiliugezhuang West and North. The West Plot is in the planning adjustment stage. The North Plot's resettlement housing has a total construction area of 140,300 square meters and consists of residential buildings, a neighborhood center, a kindergarten, and an underground garage. The residential plot ratio is 2.32, the building density is 19.69%, and the greening rate is 35%.

　　Since the start of construction, the project department has actively promoted the standardization of engineering safety and quality management, focusing on two key links—process quality control and defect prevention, and physical acceptance and defect rectification—to ensure that construction quality is controllable throughout the entire process. At the same time, it has adhered to the principle of ensuring workmanship through tooling and quality through workmanship, adopting technologies such as aluminum formwork and climbing scaffolds to effectively improve project construction quality.

　　"The Beiliugezhuang Village Resettlement Area Project, Phase III, Bid Section 5 of the Baoding Urban Renewal Project, is a key livelihood project in Baoding's Phase III urban renewal and is of great significance to Baoding's high-quality advancement of the Three-Year Action Plan for Traffic Improvement in the Main Urban Area of Baoding. All builders will continue to carry forward the spirit of the railway corps and devote themselves to subsequent construction with a more proactive attitude," said Wang Wenbo, the project manager.

　　After completion, the project will further improve residents' living environment, broaden urban development space, accelerate the building of the Beijing-Xiong'an-Baoding integration pattern, and play an important role in helping Baoding build a city of quality life and a new livable and workable Baoding.
