Recently, 19 key engineering projects in Panlong District held a centralized commencement at the Jinxing Hongye project site.

　　The projects commencing in this centralized event cover nine categories—commerce and trade, digital economy and informatization, agriculture, tourism, education, real estate, old city renovation, environmental protection, and water conservancy—and involve multiple fields such as industrial development, urban construction, and social livelihood, with a total investment of approximately 2.7 billion yuan. Tourism-related project construction is a key focus area for Panlong District this year. Among the key engineering projects commencing this time, the Qujing Building renovation project, the 871 Heavy Machinery Plant Central Garden Yingxi Island Homestay construction project, and the Jinxing Hongye project are all tourism-related projects.

　　The Jinxing Hongye project is another new emerging building complex that Panlong District is creating on Beijing Road. Located at the intersection of Beijing Road and Baiyun Road, it has a total construction area of more than 70,000 square meters and integrates high-quality tea industry, well-known brand hotels, and a landmark scenario innovation center. It is scheduled to be completed in October 2026. To its west, the project faces Tongde Plaza across Beijing Road; to its north, it adjoins Xiongda Tea City; and to its south, it connects to the North Railway Station commercial area.
