According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, the Hebei Provincial Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue gale warning signal at 07:42 on March 28, 2024: Affected by cold air, during the daytime today, areas north of Baoding and Langfang and the western parts of Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, and Handan will experience westerly winds of force 4 to 6, with gusts of force 7 to 9; most parts of the province will experience blowing sand or floating dust weather. Please take precautions!

　　2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, sheds, billboards, and other structures easily moved by the wind, properly secure outdoor items susceptible to strong winds, and cover construction materials;

　　3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing vessels shall take proactive response measures, such as returning to port to shelter from the wind or navigating by alternate routes;

　　4. Pedestrians should try to ride bicycles less and should not linger under billboards, temporary structures, and the like when the wind is blowing;
