Taking the "strengthen the county" action as the overarching guide, Zhengning County has adopted a working mechanism of "indicators + lists + project-based + responsibility-based," issued a series of policies and measures to grasp projects, promote investment, and increase momentum such as the "2024 Major Economic Indicator Scheduling Targets," closely followed information on national, provincial, and municipal policy directions, planning orientations, and funding flows, and focused on doing well the "three articles" of competing upward, attracting externally, and advancing internally, making every effort to ensure that planned and contracted projects land quickly, landed projects start construction quickly, started projects go into production quickly, and projects in production achieve results quickly, effectively accelerating the progress of key project construction and accumulating momentum and empowering high-quality development. At present, 123 major engineering projects have been demonstrated and reserved, 24.24 million yuan of national bond funds has been secured, 69 key projects under key supervision have been sorted out, and the start-resumption rate of major engineering projects is 33%.
