　　The Haikou Municipal Bureau of Transport, Ports and Shipping Administration issued a notice on the suspension of Qiongzhou Strait ferry services: Due to heavy fog on the northern shore of the Qiongzhou Strait, ferry services at Haikou New Hai Port, Xiuying Port and the Railway South Port were suspended starting at 7:30 on March 27, and are expected to remain suspended until the morning of the 27th, with the specific resumption time to be announced separately. During the suspension, all vehicles leaving the island should not head to the ports. Tickets already purchased for the suspended period remain valid, and boarding will be postponed accordingly after services resume. Tickets are not interchangeable among the three Haikou ports. During the suspension, no vehicles are allowed to remain on roads around the ports.
