According to the website of the National Meteorological Center, the National Meteorological Center has issued a daily weather advisory: Yesterday, precipitation mainly occurred in northern Xinjiang and southeastern Tibet, among other places, with 27 mm of precipitation recorded in Pagri, Tibet. Over the next three days, precipitation across China is expected to increase steadily, with notable rain and snow in northern Xinjiang, southeastern Tibet, eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, and Northeast China. In addition, the public should pay attention to the strong winds, temperature drops, and rain and snow that a cold air mass affecting China from the night of the 22nd will bring to the central and eastern regions.
From the 21st to the 23rd, northern Xinjiang will see light to moderate rain or sleet, with moderate to heavy snow in high-altitude areas and localized blizzards or severe blizzards; eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, and most of Northeast China will see light rain or sleet, while eastern Inner Mongolia, eastern and northwestern Heilongjiang, and eastern Jilin will see light to moderate snow, with localized heavy to severe blizzards.

Under the influence of the cold air, from the night of the 22nd to the 25th, most of the central and eastern regions will experience temperature drops of 4–6°C from north to south, with some areas dropping 8–10°C. Areas along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and to the north will see northerly winds of force 4–5, with gusts reaching force 6–8. Localized blowing sand or floating dust is expected in central and eastern Inner Mongolia and western Northeast China. Under the combined influence of cold and warm air masses, parts of eastern Northwest China, the Huang-Huai region, the Jiang-Huai region, the Jiang-Han region, central and northern Jiangnan, northeastern Sichuan, Chongqing, and eastern Guizhou will see moderate to heavy rain, with localized rainstorms or severe rainstorms; these areas will be locally accompanied by short-duration heavy precipitation, wind and hail, and other severe convective weather.

Meteorological experts remind the public that with cold air approaching, people in the central and eastern regions should promptly monitor weather changes, add clothing as appropriate, carry rain gear when going out, and remain alert to the adverse effects of rain, snow, and strong winds on transportation and travel, plan trips reasonably, and stay away from areas at high risk of meteorological disasters.
