According to the official Weibo account of the Shaanxi Provincial Internet Reporting Center, a netizen recently posted information on an online platform claiming that a natural gas leak and explosion had occurred on a street in Yuyang District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, drawing public attention. Upon verification, on March 18, a netizen surnamed Wang saw a video in an online group showing a fire at a scrap purchasing station in Yuyang District. Seeking attention and followers, Wang posted the video on an online platform with the caption "Yulin natural gas explosion." Wang has now been given an administrative penalty by the Yuyang Branch of the Public Security Bureau for fabricating facts and disrupting public order.
