Currently, the construction site of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center Cultural Tourism Zone project is accelerating, presenting a busy scene. A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned yesterday from Tongzhou District that this year, the Tongma Road Comprehensive Transportation Hub and the Universal Studios North Comprehensive Transportation Hub projects in the administrative center's cultural tourism zone will be completed successively; the Outlets mall in the "Wanli" project will complete its topping-out; and the Vertex Park and Haichang Ocean Park are accelerating planning and design and the processing of preliminary procedures. It is expected that by 2025, the cultural tourism zone of the administrative center will fully unfold its urban framework, and the prototype of a global-oriented international resort will begin to take shape, allowing visitors to experience the vitality and charm of Beijing's new cultural tourism landmark.

　　As a highly anticipated commercial project in the administrative center—the Zhangjiawan Depot Upper-Cover Commercial and Entertainment Complex project "Wanli"—has also fully resumed work and production. The project plans to introduce North China's largest Outlets, including a resort town with dining, entertainment and other functions, as well as a five-star hotel and other formats. In the future, it will become a fashionable, artistic and futuristic international commercial and entertainment complex, so that after visitors leave the Universal Resort, they will still have a high-quality commercial district where they can stroll, eat and stay.

　　After the Spring Festival, the "Wanli" project resumed work and production at the first opportunity. As of the end of February, more than 1,200 people on site had all arrived. A relevant person in charge of Beijing Huanhui Real Estate Co., Ltd. introduced that at present, the secondary structure of the five-star hotel in the "Wanli" project has completed five floors, the construction of the model rooms is 70% complete, and exterior facade and interior secondary structure decoration are underway.

　　The steel structure on the fifth floor of the much-watched Outlets mall has been installed, the sixth floor is 85% installed, the concrete pouring for the third floor of the floor deck has been completed, and the fourth floor decking has been completed. It is expected that the main structure will be topped out in May this year, and exterior facade and interior decoration will begin in the second half of the year, with mechanical and electrical installation carried out simultaneously. The overall "Wanli" project is planned to open in July 2025, and is expected to welcome 40,000 visitors per day.

　　In addition, the BTG Headquarters Building will achieve topping-out of its main structure in May. Adjacent to Universal Beijing Resort and located in the cultural tourism zone of the administrative center, the BTG Group Headquarters Building is among the first batch of municipal state-owned enterprise headquarters relocation projects in the administrative center, with a total site area of 1.6 hectares and a total construction scale of 83,000 square meters. The project consists of three underground floors and two 11-story towers above ground. At present, the underground main structure has been fully completed, and the above-ground main structure is expected to be topped out in early May this year. The project is expected to be completed in May 2025 and will mainly be used for the offices of the BTG Group headquarters and related subsidiaries, becoming a new landmark in the cultural tourism zone of the administrative center.
