On March 11, at the construction site of the Jinhua-Jiande Railway of Zhejiang Communications Group, the roar of machinery rose and fell, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixer trucks and pump trucks were working in coordination... After six hours of intensive work by more than 100 workers from 4 teams, the No. 0 block of the 4# main pier of the cable-stayed bridge of the Xin'anjiang Grand Bridge and the last segment of the tower limb were successfully poured.
The Y-shaped bridge tower "shines" over the broad Xin'anjiang River, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the cable-stayed bridge.
"The Xin'anjiang Grand Bridge has a total length of 885.2 m and spans a width of 520 m. It is the most important controlling project of the entire Jinhua-Jiande Railway and the node project with the tightest schedule on the whole line," said a relevant person in charge of the Jinhua-Jiande Command of Zhejiang Communications Group. This pouring adopted a process of erecting brackets beside the pier and pouring in two stages. The completed No. 0 block is 12 m high with a designed volume of 1371 m³; the first pouring height was 5.6 m and the second pouring height was 6.4 m. The No. 0 block features a complex structure, dense reinforcement and a small pouring space, which places high demands on the concrete pouring process. To ensure project quality, the command organized the construction unit in advance to hold a technical analysis meeting, carried out special technical and safety briefings for workers, and set clear requirements for labor allocation, equipment configuration, pouring sequence, dedicated zone management by assigned personnel and surface finishing, so as to ensure that the quality, uniformity and compactness of the concrete reach the optimal state. The successful completion of the No. 0 block pouring laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the continuous girder.
At the same time, the capping construction of the No. 4 main pier of the Xin'anjiang Grand Bridge of the Jinhua-Jiande Railway is proceeding in an orderly manner. It is reported that the main pier cable tower of the Xin'anjiang Grand Bridge adopts a Y-shaped cable tower, with a tower height of 32 m above the girder top. Due to the great difficulty of the project, the command, together with the participating units, established a research group to carry out technical research, applied for 2 patents, and fully introduced information management and BIM technology into the project construction, continuously optimizing and improving the construction plan and providing scientific and technological support for the project construction. To ensure the safety and orderliness of high-altitude operations, this work site adopts fully enclosed construction, greatly improving the safety and comfort of construction personnel and making high-altitude construction work as easy as walking on flat ground.
