From the 13th to the 15th, rain and snow weather will occur in central and northern Xinjiang, with moderate to heavy snow in northern Altay and along the Tianshan Mountains, and localized blizzards.

Force 4–6 winds will occur in parts of eastern Jilin, the Southern Xinjiang Basin and eastern Xinjiang, and the Hexi region of Gansu, with Force 7–8 winds in parts of eastern Xinjiang.
