2.1 Project Scale: The project is located in Huairou District and Yanqing District of Beijing, starting from Yongning Town in Yanqing District in the west and ending at Liulimiao Town in Huairou District in the east. The National Highway 234 (Yongning-Liulimiao) section starts from the west side of Yongning Town and ends at National Highway 111, with a total length of 59 kilometers, including about 38.4 kilometers in Yanqing section and about 20.6 kilometers in Huairou section. The road grade is Class I highway.
2.2 Bidding Content and Scope: This bidding project is divided into 4 sections, and this bidding is for the following:

VII. Obtaining Bidding Documents: Bidders shall use CA digital certificates to log in to the Beijing Public Resources Comprehensive Trading System (website: https://www.bjggzyzhjy.cn/zhjy/, hereinafter referred to as the "Electronic Trading Platform"), specify the section to bid for, and download the bidding documents, bill of quantities, and drawings. For consortium bidding, all consortium member information must be filled in and confirmed by all members using CA digital certificates, and then the consortium leader shall complete the download of bidding documents and other materials.

Deadline for submission: 9:30 AM, April 3, 2024
Place for submission of bidding documents: Bidders shall, before the bidding deadline, use CA digital certificates to log in to the "Electronic Trading Platform", upload the encrypted bidding documents, and save the electronic receipt voucher automatically generated by the system after successful upload. The submission time shall be the time on the electronic receipt voucher. The "Electronic Trading Platform" will reject bidding documents not encrypted as required or not uploaded successfully before the deadline.
