　　1. Continue to carry out small and medium-sized river governance projects
　　(1) Shucheng County Small and Medium-sized River Comprehensive Governance Project: The total project investment is 920 million yuan. The governance scope covers the Nangang River, Qingshui River, the Hangbu Town section of the Hangbu River and its tributaries, drainage and irrigation canals, etc. in Shucheng County. The main construction contents include dredging, embankment reinforcement, embankment seepage prevention, slope protection and bank protection, structures crossing the embankment, river weirs, drops, pumping stations, reservoirs, bridges, construction of embankment crest flood-control roads, landscape greening, and other supporting projects. The project is planned to start in 2024.
　　(2) Shucheng County Zhucaogou River Flood Control Governance Project: The total investment of this project is 450 million yuan. Among this, the engineering portion is 150 million yuan, and land acquisition and demolition investment is 300 million yuan. It is proposed to issue 300 million yuan in special bonds, and the plan has been included in the 2024 small and medium-sized river governance start-up projects. According to the work requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources for carrying out systematic governance of small and medium-sized rivers, the implementation plan is being prepared. At present, the preliminary design has been completed and is awaiting review and approval. Construction is expected to start in the second half of 2024.
　　(3) Shucheng County Zhangmuqiao River Xiahekou-Longzui Section Flood Control Governance Project: The total investment is 80 million yuan, and it is the concluding project of the Zhangmuqiao River systematic governance project. At present, the preliminary design has been approved, the construction drawings have been completed, and the next step is to organize construction bidding. Construction is planned to start in January 2024, with an annual target progress of 90%.
　　(4) Shucheng County Hepeng River Luzhen Section Flood Control Governance Project: The project investment is 40 million yuan. The funding source is about 30 million yuan from central investment and 10 million yuan from local matching funds. The main construction contents are embankment reinforcement, bank protection and slope protection, embankment seepage prevention, new ecological weirs and dams, and construction of embankment crest roads, etc. At present, the project survey and design bidding and preliminary design preparation have been completed. It is planned to submit to the municipal bureau in December to complete the preliminary design approval, and strive to include the project in the 2024 small and medium-sized river implementation projects and start construction.
　　(5) Shucheng County Mountain Torrent Gully Flood Control Governance Project: The total project investment is about 250 million yuan, involving the governance of 17 mountain torrent gullies. The main construction contents are embankment reinforcement, slope protection and bank protection project construction, and river channel dredging. At present, it has been reported to the municipal water resources bureau and approved. Efforts are being made to obtain central government bond funds, and strive to start construction before the 2024 flood season and complete it before the end of December 2024.

　　2. Continue to increase the construction of pumping stations and sluice gates
　　(1) Shucheng County Drainage Capacity Improvement Project - Tuanjie Station, Yangwei Station and other 2 pumping stations: The total project investment is 21 million yuan. The main construction contents are the demolition and reconstruction of the Tuanjie and Yangwei drainage pumping stations, including pump houses, pressure water tanks, box culverts crossing the embankment, and other projects, as well as water system dredging and bank slope protection projects in front of the stations. At present, the project feasibility study and preliminary design approval work have been completed, the conditions for bidding have been met, and implementation will be organized after the investment plan is issued.
　　(2) Shucheng County Zhangshan River Dredging and Taiping Drainage Pumping Station Project: The total investment in the preliminary design estimate submitted is 25.6022 million yuan, and the approved total estimate investment is 25.39 million yuan. The project funding source is county government funds. The main construction contents are Zhangshan River dredging and the demolition and reconstruction of Taiping Drainage Station. At present, the preliminary design preparation has been completed, and implementation will be carried out after approval and fund issuance.

　　3. Increase investment in the construction of medium and large irrigation districts
　　(1) Hangbei Main Canal 25+430-34+580, 49+500-68+890 Section Continued Construction Supporting and Modernization Renovation Project: The investment is 51 million yuan, all of which are Pishihang Irrigation District continued construction supporting funds. The project feasibility study and preliminary design have been approved, and construction will start after funds are issued.

　　4. Continue to do a good job in comprehensive soil and water conservation governance of small watersheds
　　(1) Shucheng County Zhujiadawu Small Watershed Soil and Water Conservation Comprehensive Governance Project: The total project investment is 6.1 million yuan. The main construction contents include economic forest improvement projects, river and gully water ecology projects, human settlement environment improvement projects, and closure and prohibition governance projects, etc. At present, the preliminary design approval of the project has been completed, and construction will be carried out promptly after the investment plan is issued.

　　5. Accelerate the promotion of integrated urban and rural water supply development throughout the county
　　(1) Shucheng County Integrated Urban and Rural Water Supply: Vigorously promote the reform of the integrated urban and rural water supply system, strive to build "unified planning, unified construction, unified management, and unified service" for urban and rural water supply, gradually achieve the work goals of integrated urban and rural water supply and large-scale regional water supply, continuously improve the water supply guarantee capacity and service level for rural residents, and realize the sustainable development of rural water supply projects. It is planned to complete the repurchase of 21 water plants invested and built by the government before the end of December 2024. At the same time, the asset verification and repurchase of 2 private water plants in Ganchahe Town and Qianrenqiao Town will be carried out and handed over to the county water supply group company for management. According to the requirements of the "Shucheng County Rural Water Supply Guarantee Improvement Implementation Plan (2023-2025)", preliminary work such as land pre-examination for new water plants will be completed, and phased construction of water plants and pipe networks will be started.
　　(2) Shucheng County 2024 Rural Water Supply Guarantee Project: The planned investment is 30 million yuan, and the funding source is rural revitalization linkage funds. At present, the project is in the preliminary design stage and is planned to start construction in February 2024.
