Recently, the Chengdu Tongwei R&D Center project of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. (First Company) actively responded to the "Concentric Circles" initiative and held a launch ceremony for the "Labor Competition, Three Banners Joint Creation, and Migrant Worker Care Activity." At the event, the project leader read out the competition implementation plan, representatives of participating workers made statements and signed work-schedule responsibility agreements, attending leaders presented flags for the Party Member Vanguard, Worker Vanguard, and Youth Civilization designations, and in the migrant worker care segment, condolence gifts were distributed to the workers.

It is reported that the project has a construction period of only 70 days. Since entering the site, the project department has continuously accelerated progress through careful planning and rearrangement of work sequences. During the Spring Festival, rush work continued without stoppage, completing the connection of the original power station system, the processing of 300 tons of decorative purlins, and the fabrication and installation of 30,000 square meters of galvanized air ducts and nearly 10,000 square meters of FRP and stainless steel air ducts in the A1 R&D workshop. At present, the project is in the stage of large-scale mechanical and electrical installation and plans to complete the main pipeline installation task before April 1.
