Their coats are glossy and their bodies are strong; they graze leisurely on forage, and now and then a clear mooing can be heard.

　　"On the basis of the growth and expansion of the grass industry, we have persisted in combining grass and livestock, and in November last year we introduced more than 100 head of imported Angus breeding cows. Adapting to local conditions, and on the basis of the high-quality development of 100,000 mu of grassland across the district, Pinglu District has opened up a fast track for the national grain-to-feed conversion and grass-livestock industry development, supporting leading enterprises in introducing high-quality Angus breeding cows and building a self-breeding and self-raising base integrating high-quality cow breeding, surrogate pregnancy of improved breeds, and beef cattle raising, while guiding large grass-planting households and large breeding households to introduce improved beef cattle breeds.
