Recently, the main deep foundation pit earthwork excavation for Chunyang Road Station on Qingdao Metro Line 15 officially commenced. The project is constructed by the Second Construction Branch of Qingdao Metro Group and undertaken by China State Construction Port Engineering Group, marking the full completion of the station's main retaining structure.

　　Chunyang Road Station is located north of the intersection of the planned Jingcheng Road and Chunyang Road, arranged in a north-south direction along the planned Jingcheng Road. With a total length of 268 meters, it is an underground two-story island-type station constructed using the open-cut sequential method. The main structure is implemented simultaneously with the No. 2 ventilation pavilion structure. It is a key link in the full-line connection of Metro Line 15 and is of great significance for further advancing Qingdao's urban renewal and urban construction.

　　Since the commencement of construction at Chunyang Road Station, the construction party has seized every opportunity to overcome obstacles while carrying out construction, completing the retaining structure in 100 days and the crown beam and concrete support construction in 58 days, creating favorable conditions for earthwork excavation.

　　To ensure the smooth progress of earthwork excavation, on the eve of the Spring Festival, the construction party actively organized construction machinery and personnel to mobilize, completed material sampling and submission for inspection, machinery mobilization reporting and inspection, and successfully passed the acceptance of conditions for deep foundation pit earthwork excavation. After the holiday, it quickly organized the resumption of work and production, delivered a good "first lesson of work," organized entry safety training, promptly completed machinery entry acceptance, and officially launched the main foundation pit earthwork excavation construction at Chunyang Road Station.
