Once Again on the Provincial List! Three Sunward Products Recognized as "Hunan Provincial Industrial New Products"

　　Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the list of the 2024 **batch of "Hunan Provincial-Level New Industrial Products." Three products independently developed by Sunward—the SWRP8600 double-layer rapid-press immersed tube machine, the SWRC170H self-propelled full-rotation full-casing drilling rig, and the SWHG70 underground diaphragm wall hydraulic grab—were recognized as "Hunan Provincial-Level New Industrial Products," further demonstrating the company's strength in "pioneering innovation."


　　It is understood that "Hunan Provincial-Level New Industrial Products" is a program established by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology to vigorously implement the "Three Highs and Four News" strategic positioning and mission, strengthen enterprise technological innovation, encourage and support enterprises in new product development and application, and foster new drivers of development.

　　The three new products recognized this time are a new generation of pile-driving machinery products independently developed by Sunward that integrate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with performance indicators reaching internationally advanced levels.


　　The SWRP8600 double-layer rapid-press immersed tube machine, as a model designed specifically for the construction of compaction piles in collapsible loess, can be used both for ordinary static pressure pile construction and for double-layer rapid-press immersed tubes. It currently plays a pillar role in foundation improvement construction in regions such as Shaanxi and Gansu. In addition, the product was recognized in 2023 as a major technical equipment first-of-its-kind (set) in Hunan Province.


　　The SWRC170H self-propelled full-rotation full-casing drilling rig is an industry-first product independently developed by Sunward, pioneering domestic self-propelled full-rotation full-casing construction. The product features numerous leading innovative technologies and meets multiple requirements including intelligence, environmental protection, safety, and high efficiency, and was specially reported in CCTV's "Super Equipment of a Great Power."


　　The SWHG70 underground diaphragm wall hydraulic grab innovatively developed key technologies such as a fully electric control system, a real-time display and deviation-correction system for trenching accuracy, automatic wire rope tensioning, synchronous control of the hose reel device, rapid disassembly, assembly, and transport of large equipment, and a high-efficiency grab body. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, it is at a leading level in core indicators such as maximum trenching depth, maximum trenching thickness, grab closing force, maximum lifting/lowering speed, and product intelligence.

　　The recognition of the three products as provincial-level new products fully proves Sunward's advantages in pioneering technological innovation and development. Next, the company will continue to increase investment in scientific research, enhance technological innovation capabilities, develop more technologically innovative products, and add new strength to "Made in China"!
