Rolling up our sleeves to be rotary drilling "escorts"
Recently, Guangdong Nianxin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of the Shenzhen Shenzhen-Daya Intercity Metro Line 5 and Line 10 projects, and the schedule is very tight. To advance the project with high quality, Guangdong Nianxin brought in SANY SR415 and SR445 rigs for construction, and also purchased 2 SANY SR525Pro large triangular luffing structure drilling rigs for use. After the SR525 arrived at the site, the project department required the equipment to be assembled and put into construction within two days.
Go all out, mission must "da" (succeed)
To this end, SANY quickly set up a project service team. Led by Li Ji, director of the Shenzhen office of the Guangdong Branch, service engineers Tan Junbin, Liu Wei, Tang Huizhi and others went to the site to carry out assembly work, ensuring the project schedule would not be delayed.
The customer's site is surrounded by saturated traffic, dense buildings, and numerous pipelines, making the project environment extremely complex. Because the construction line is close to multiple traffic routes, the site area available for assembly is also very limited. The area where the drilling rig is unloaded from the trailer is located on the site's main road and involves the project's main entrance and exit, making it impossible to coordinate cranes in real time, so on-site assembly is very difficult.

To ensure the customer's project schedule was not affected, Li Ji and his service team quickly assessed the situation and formulated an on-site assembly plan, using the limited site area to carry out equipment assembly work. **After more than ten hours of highly efficient work on the first day, they completed the assembly of the upper carriage of the SR525 large rotary drilling rig.
Early the next morning, several service engineers, despite their physical fatigue, continued to devote themselves to the intense equipment assembly work. After more than 40 hours of orderly work, they finally completed the assembly task of the rotary drilling rig before 17:00 the next day.
To ensure the rotary drilling rig could operate normally and to eliminate safety hazards, the engineers then began a detailed inspection of every part of the equipment, ensuring that every bolt and every oil pipe on each part was properly installed. Finally, after multiple confirmations that everything was correct, the equipment was delivered to the customer for use.
Delivery is only the beginning
Service never ends
In the days to come
Whether in fierce storms or under scorching sun
They will stay on the front line
To protect the equipment...
