On the afternoon of February 20, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a video scheduling meeting on the urban real estate financing coordination mechanism. As of February 20, 214 cities in 29 provinces across the country had established real estate financing coordination mechanisms, proposing in batches "whitelists" of real estate projects eligible for financing support and pushing them to commercial banks, involving a total of 5,349 projects; 162 projects in 57 cities had obtained bank financing totaling 29.43 billion yuan, an increase of 11.3 billion yuan compared with before the Spring Festival holiday. In addition, according to relevant data from the Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank of China, and some joint-stock banks, loans of 123.6 billion yuan had been approved for "whitelist" projects, and loans are being disbursed successively according to the progress needs of project construction.

Ministry of Justice: Accelerating the Legislative Process of the Private Economy Promotion Law
On February 21, the Ministry of Justice, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress jointly organized a symposium on the legislation of the Private Economy Promotion Law to listen to the opinions and suggestions of representatives of private enterprises and experts and scholars on the legislation.
