New year, new atmosphere, and construction is busy resuming. Currently, Guiyang City is continuously advancing the resumption of work and production for housing and municipal engineering projects. Key projects are fully and vigorously starting construction, seizing a "good start." On February 20, following the Quality and Safety Center of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, we went deep into multiple project sites to learn about the resumption of work and production at key projects, and to fully advance the key work of "promoting commencement and seizing the opening" in project construction. As of February 20, 484 housing and municipal engineering projects in Guiyang and Gui'an had resumed work and production, with a resumption rate of 75.7%.

　　Entering the Sunac · Guobin Dao (Urban Complex Phase I) Plot No. 6 Project, the roar of machinery fills the air, tower cranes stand in clusters, workers are in the midst of intense construction, engineering vehicles shuttle back and forth, and the project construction site presents a bustling scene of vigorous construction.
　　At present, the structural construction of the second basement level, first basement level, and first floor of Building S6 of the project has been completed; the main structure of Building S7 has been completed up to the roof slab of the 18th floor, with masonry enclosure walls and interior infill walls being constructed simultaneously.
　　"Time is tight and the task is heavy. To seize the construction schedule, the site operated during this year's Spring Festival holiday, during which a cumulative output value of 2.15 million yuan was completed. As of now, the project has fully resumed operations, with a cumulative total of 285 workers returning to their posts and all management personnel on duty," introduced Chen Liang, deputy general manager and chief engineer of the Eighth Company of Guizhou Construction Engineering Group, the project construction unit. At the same time, they have actively strengthened safety production management at the construction site and improved the preparation of funds and materials, laying a solid foundation for completing the annual target tasks.
　　Meanwhile, at the China Resources Land Guiyang Jiuyue Complex Project, hundreds of workers were seen orderly carrying out operations such as scaffold removal, mechanical and electrical installation, curtain wall facade construction, and construction waste cleanup.

　　It is reported that the China Resources Land Guiyang Jiuyue Complex Project has a total land area of about 128 mu and a total investment of 3.48 billion yuan. It will open in the middle of this year and is currently in the decoration and renovation stage. After completion, it will become a commercial landmark building integrating high-end shopping, entertainment, accommodation, and offices.
　　"During the Spring Festival, we completed a cumulative output value of more than 4.6 million yuan. At present, the project has fully entered a normal working state. At the same time, we are also actively carrying out safety knowledge and skills training, qualification certificate review for special operation personnel, self-inspection and self-correction of safety conditions for resuming work and production, and accident emergency drills, to ensure the smooth progress of post-holiday work and ensure the project is delivered and put into use on schedule," stated Luo Kaiquan, safety supervisor of the China Resources Land Guiyang Jiuyue Complex Project.
