Guangdong Provincial Finance has adhered to supporting the "No. 1 Project" with "No. 1 intensity," helping to advance the "High-Quality Development Project for Hundreds of Counties, Thousands of Towns, and Ten Thousands of Villages."

On the other hand, it gives priority to supporting mature projects. The reward and subsidy funds are allocated according to project maturity, giving priority to rural road projects that are ready to start construction, can generate physical work volume in the current year, and meet payment conditions.
