The reporter learned from the Road Network Center of the Ministry of Transport: As of 7:00 today, affected by snowfall and icy road surfaces, 190 road sections have been closed and 2,719 toll stations have been shut down in 18 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), namely Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang.

　　From 20:00 on February 20 to 20:00 on February 21, light to moderate snow or sleet will occur in parts of the southern Xinjiang basin, most of Tibet, western Inner Mongolia, most of the Northwest Region, most of North China, the Huang-Huai region, the Jiang-Huai region, the Jiang-Han region, and northern Hunan, among other places. Among them, heavy to blizzard conditions will occur in parts of Shandong, Henan, northern Anhui, northern Jiangsu, western Hubei, southern Hebei, central and southern Shanxi, northern Shaanxi, and southwestern and eastern Tibet, with locally extremely heavy snowstorms. Moderate to heavy rain will occur in parts of eastern Hubei, the Jiang-Huai region, and northern Jiangnan, with locally rainstorms in southern Anhui and northern Jiangxi. Freezing rain will occur in parts of southeastern Henan, southern Shandong, central and northern Anhui, central-western and northeastern Hubei, northwestern Hunan, southern Shaanxi, and northern Jiangsu.
