According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, it is expected that from 14:00 on February 20 to 14:00 on February 21, some areas in northern Shaanxi, southeastern Shanxi, southern Hebei, Shandong, Henan, northern Anhui, western Hubei, eastern Tibet and other places will experience heavy to blizzard conditions, among which local areas in southern Hebei, southern Henan and other places will experience severe blizzards (20-22 mm). Some of the above areas will see new snow accumulation of 3-8 cm, with local areas reaching over 12 cm.

　　Defense guidelines:

　　1. The government and relevant departments shall implement measures against snow disasters and freezing damage in accordance with their responsibilities;

　　2. Departments of transportation, railways, electric power, communications and others shall strengthen patrol and maintenance of roads, railways and lines, and do a good job in road clearing and snow melting;

　　3. Pedestrians shall pay attention to keeping warm and preventing slips, drivers shall drive carefully, and vehicles shall take anti-skid measures;

　　4. Agricultural and pastoral areas and planting and breeding industries shall stock sufficient feed and make preparations against snow disasters and freezing damage;

　　5. Temporary structures such as sheds and frames that are susceptible to snow pressure shall be reinforced.
