Recently, Zhouqu County has been solidly advancing major project construction to build momentum and empower high-quality development.

　　The county has earnestly implemented systems such as county-level leadership contracting and supervision, construction-unit commitments, time-limited assignment of tasks, and accountability, and has deeply carried out the "Three Grasps and Three Promotions" action and the "Hundred-Day Assault Action" for key economic and social development work. It regularly convenes project construction promotion meetings and scheduling meetings, and conducts irregular supervision and inspection, so that project construction is advancing steadily.

　　A total of 1.2 billion yuan has been invested to implement 31 investment projects within the central and provincial budgets. Major projects such as the grain and oil materials warehouse and transfer logistics project, the cold-chain logistics infrastructure for specialty agricultural products, and the centralized heating project in Fengdie New Area are being accelerated. Twelve municipal infrastructure projects with a total investment of 289 million yuan are being accelerated, including the gas pipeline renewal and renovation in the old urban area, the upgrading and renovation of turnover housing for township cadres and staff, and the road and drainage renovation and upgrading in Bazang Town. A total of 18.8 kilometers of natural gas pipeline network has been laid in the new and old urban areas, with a household connection rate of 37 percent. The road upgrading and renovation project from the county seat to Dongshan Town and the tourism road from Heishuigoukou to Bazhaigou Scenic Area have started construction, and 98.6 kilometers of road safety life protection, maintenance and repair, and flood-damage restoration have been completed. The Lijie Beishan landslide and Bazang Liushugou geological disaster treatment projects have been completed, and the new energy charging infrastructure construction project has been completed and put into operation. A total of 102 new 5G base stations have been built, and the 5G network coverage rate in the new and old urban areas and township government seats has reached 100 percent. Preferential policies for investment promotion have been formulated and issued; 7 investment projects and 4 framework agreements have been signed, with contracted investment of 1.416 billion yuan. Five investment projects with a total investment of 766 million yuan are being accelerated, including Yishengyuan, Yijiayuan, Dongzhu Building, the Yujing Ecological Park expansion of the Boyu Folk Custom and Culture Industrial Park, and the Health and Wellness Town. The county is promoting the landing of a 100,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power station in Bazang, making every effort to coordinate the resumption of construction of the Bazang Hydropower Station, and striving to secure construction funds for multiple roads, including the Class III highway from Shanhou Huaishuba to Dingzihekou. By establishing the new before abolishing the old and pursuing both establishment and abolition in parallel, the bottlenecks in county economic development are being cleared, longstanding chronic problems are being eliminated, and new growth drivers are growing stronger.
